Drogba made a good assault on Europe’s premier club competition with Galatasaray last season, but both he and Chelsea will have a much better chance at recreating old successes. Drogba has an impressive record in the Champions League too, bagging 48 goals in 97 appearances. Now able to utilise a more comprehensive array of creative talent, he will likely hit the half century in no time.
