Big European nights at Anfield are back
Plenty is made of the atmosphere at Anfield for big European nights – and they will be returning to Merseyside for the first time in five years. The Kop will certainly have to be behind their team all the way through the campaign and, whilst the visit of Real Madrid is the big draw, the match-up against FC Basel may be even more crucial, with the Swiss side looking like the Reds’ big rivals for the second qualification position.
