3. Tim Sherwood
In hindsight, Andre Villas-Boas’ sacking seems ludicrous given no credible replacement was lined-up. Instead, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy was forced to gamble on a rookie, a man with no management experience who, by his own admission, has been learning on the job. After a honeymoon period in which his refreshing attacking tactics worked, Sherwood’s tenure has turned into a disaster. It’s hard to blame the man himself – he didn’t forced Levy to appoint him. But painfully obvious lack of tactical nous and bizarre behaviour have not endeared to the Tottenham faithful.
