4) Serge Aurier – Ivory Coast

Aurier is being targeted by Arsenal as the man to replace the outgoing Bacary Sagna, and he’s expected to start n the right of the Ivory Coast back four in Brazil. He’s excelled for Toulouse this season just gone, scoring and assisting six apiece – and his current £7m asking price seems more than reasonable. A good tournament will see the value rise, however.
