4. Alvaro Negredo (Sevilla)
With Sevilla in financial meltdown, the club’s president Jose Maria del Nido was reportedly touting star striker Negredo to any Premier League manager who’d listen in January, with Everton closest to doing a deal for the Spain international. Negredo has also been linked with Spurs, however, and if the Londoners can secure Champions League football, they will be a more attractive proposition than the Toffees.
The 27-year-old boasts an impressive 19 La Liga goals so far this term, including 9 in his last 8 appearances, and the powerful front-man would operate well as Spurs’ lone striker, particular with service from the likes of Gareth Bale and Aaron Lennon.
