1. The Arizona Cardinals are still dangerous without Carson Palmer
The Cardinals hold an 8-1 record, which is the best in the NFL. They will have to endure the rest of the season without starting quarterback Carson Palmer though since he went down with an ACL injury. Drew Stanton stepped in as the starting quarterback, and he performed well as he threw the go-ahead touchdown to wide receiver John Brown.
The defense also continued to perform well as it came up with an interception return touchdown and a fumble recovery touchdown. The fact that the Cardinals defense is still dominant is impressive considering the losses and injuries they have endured. Inside linebackers Karlos Dansby and Daryl Washington were lost through free agency and suspension, and outside linebacker John Abraham and defensive end Darnell Dockett were hit with season-ending injuries.
