3. The Oakland Raiders just might go 0-16
The Raiders had a golden opportunity to win their first game of the season once again as the San Diego Chargers were only able to score 13 points despite having a prolific offense. However, the Raiders blew it as they were held to six points by a Chargers defense that has been nothing special this season.
To their credit, the Raiders have had a difficult schedule, but it still doesn’t justify their free agency spree that was supposed to make them a competitive team. Their schedule will not get any easier as their easiest game will be a home matchup against the Buffalo Bills while they have to play the Denver Broncos, Kansas City Chiefs(twice) and San Francisco 49ers. The entire front office and coaching staff won’t survive if the Raiders are the second team in NFL history to have an 0-16 season.
