4. Kenedy (Fluminense to Chelsea)

Chelsea are believed to be close to agreeing a deal for Fluminense attacker Kenedy, who would become their second young Brazilian recruit of the summer after Atletico Paranaense’s Nathan.

The 19-year-old will almost certainly be loaned out next term. Only time will tell whether he will make a first-team impact or simply become the latest talent to be lost in Chelsea’s transfer policy.
