Some will feel he should be first, but in second place is Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers. The Northern Irishman has spent vast amounts on some absolutely shocking players, including Mario Balotelli, Rickie Lambert, Adam Lallana and Dejan Lovren. Arguably only Daniel Sturridge and Philippe Coutinho have been astute purchases, with even some of the better buys for the Reds in Rodgers’ reign looking overpriced.
