1. Joel Campbell
Position: Striker/winger
Age: 22
Work permit issues robbed the Gunners of the Costa Rican’s talents, but now those are out of the way he will return to the Emirates as one of the world’s most in demand forwards. Having impressed at Betis, he excelled himself at Olympiakos where he put Manchester United to the sword in the Champions League. His performances at the World Cup only served to highlight what an intelligent player he can be and after spending a season with just Olivier Giroud to lead the line, his inclusion next term will be a most welcome sight.
