The Filipino apparently already put pen to paper on the contract on Saturday, agreeing that he would take 40% of any money made from the fight. However, his 37-year-old counterpart is yet to sign, despite agreeing to the terms in theory.
This is just the latest attempt to get the pair in the ring. As early as 2009 it has been touted as a potential match up, but various issues have got in the way. It had been hoped that this time round the boxers would finally actually box each other, but there is still time for it to fall apart.
