Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall has been known as one of the more hot-headed personalities in the NFL, and he made a comment last season that the Detroit Lions are the Bears’ “little brother.”
A Lions fan reminded him of these comments on Twitter now that they are 7-2 and leading the NFC North, and Marshall did not back down as he challenged him to a fight for $5,000 and offered another $10,000 if he lost.
The Lions fan upped the ante to $25,000, and Marshall mocked him for seemingly thinking that he would back out.
Here is a tweet from Sports Illustrated providing the link to this story that includes the wide receiver’s tweets to this Internet warrior.
