Former Chelsea defender David Luiz believes the possible arrival of Man United ace Angel Di Maria would take PSG to the next level.
The 27-year-old is reportedly closing in on a switch to the French capital, even though United boss Louis Van Gaal has suggested that he would like him to stay.

After a difficult first year in the Premier League, the Argentinian ace may well be on the move already and Luiz is delighted with potentially calling him a teammate next season.
“We want to win the Champions League and of course Di Maria is a player that can help us go up another step,” the Brazilian told reporters at the weekend.
“Di Maria is one of the top three wingers in the world. He’s fast, technical, he plays for the team, he knows how to play as an individual, how to pass, how to score.”
Di Maria scored just three goals in 27 appearances for United last season, although added 10 assists which arguably goes unnoticed by many of his critics.
Nevertheless, it remains to be seen whether or not he completes his move to Paris, or Van Gaal can yet play a role in changing his mind and ensuring he stays at Old Trafford for another season at least.
