Former Chelsea ace Kevin De Bruyne is reportedly on the verge of sealing a €70m move to Man City.
According to the Independent, Wolfsburg have accepted the offer and expect City and the talented star to quickly agree on personal terms.
After a disappointing spell at Stamford Bridge, De Bruyne left last year and proved to be a huge success in the Bundesliga to rebuild his reputation.

However, he now feels as though it is the right time to return to England and prove his worth with City set to splash even more cash after what has already been a very expensive summer for Manuel Pellegrini.
De Bruyne recorded 10 goals and 20 assists last season, and is supposedly set to sign a €10m-per-year contract while the 24-year-old expected to commit to a long-term deal.
With the transfer deadline fast approaching, City will be keen to fly him in to undergo his medical and sign his contract as soon as possible, although it is suggested that they may have to wait until early next week.
City signed Raheem Sterling for £49m earlier this summer, while they splashed out £31.7m on Nicolas Otamendi on Thursday.
Fabian Delph joined in an £8m deal from Aston Villa too, while they also signed Patrick Roberts from Fulham in a £12m move.
De Bruyne is expected to be the final signing of the summer, and he will be another boost for the club after they made an impressive start to the campaign.
