Casillas has been the centre of transfer speculation for a number of seasons, and Real Madrid have been heavily linked to a move for Manchester United shot-stopper David de Gea.
While it seems an exit for Ronaldo is unlikely, the 30-year-old has looked frustrated at times this season.
Rodriguez told Radio Marca that he was convinced both players will leave the Bernabeu in the off-season.
“I am certain that Casillas and Cristiano Ronaldo are going to leave at the end of the season,” he is quoted as saying by Sport-English.
“We’ll see as much in the news that comes out in Wednesday’s papers.”
Casillas was jeered by his own fans during Real Madrid’s 2-2 draw with Valencia on the weekend while Ronaldo missed a penalty in the same match.
While it’s plausible that Casillas may move on in the summer, it’s difficult to see Real Madrid management allowing its most prized possession to leave.
Ronaldo has scored an incredible 52 goals across all competitions this season and has helped Real Madrid reach the semi-finals of the Champions League.
