Arsenal outcast set for Premier League transfer switch, with four English top flight teams ready to battle for his signature this summer.
Arsenal’s Denmark international centre forward Nicklas Bendtner may have been considered a liability in some parts of London, but the striker seems to be having plenty of potential suitors in the Premier League despite his ordeal with the Gunners.
The likes of Hull City, Crystal Palace, Burnley and Leicester City are all believed to be queuing up for the Dane’s signature, according to the Sun.
The 26-year old, who signed for the Gunners in 2005, is set to be released by the north London outfit after reportedly behaving in an unprofessional manner on numerous occasions after his return to the Emirates.
With his contract expiring at the end of June, Bendtner will not be offered a new deal and will leave on a free transfer – despite some important goals for the Gunners.
The mercurial striker has shown that he has a knack of finding the back of the net at crucial moments in the past, and his experience in the Premier League could be vital to many teams in the lower half of the table, and even more so to newly promoted Burnley and Leicester City.
