San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree has left the game against the Philadelphia Eagles with a foot injury, and he is questionable to return.
ESPN NFL insider Adam Caplan reported this news on Twitter. Former Green Bay Packers tight end Tom Crabtree noticed that Caplan did not use the 49ers receiver’s first name, so he cracked a joke saying that he is fine.
Caplan caught wind of this and appreciated the free-agent tight end’s sense of humor. He responded with a “Ha” in a retweet.
Here is a tweet of this hilarious conversation taking place.
Ha. RT @itsCrab: I’m fine, Adam. Stop the lies. RT @caplannfl: Crabtree (foot) is questionable to return.
