Wales international George North will be replaced by Lian Williams after the wing was knocked out twice in the opening Six Nations 21-16 defeat to England with two nasty blows to the head.
The second hit went unnoticed by the Wales medical staff – and controversy inescapably followed as North should not have played on in the match given the potential serious repercussions of the injury – and World Rugby demanded a full report on why the Northampton Saints star remained on the pitch.
