Gold Coast Titans duo Beau Falloon and Jamie Dowling has been arrested on alleged charges of supplying cocaine, according to reports.
According to Fairfax Media, Falloon’s and Dowling’s charges were announced at the same time Queensland Reds star Karmichael Hunt was served with a notice to appear in court to face four counts of supplying a dangerous drug.
It is alleged that Hunt, Falloon and Downing possessed to cocaine for personal use and for it to passed to friends in 2014.
“During an investigation focused on a cocaine trafficking syndicate operating in South East Queensland, these four individuals were identified contacting the syndicate and arranging for the supply of cocaine,” a Queensland Crime and Corruption Commission’s statement read.
Code-hopper hunt joined the Queensland Reds in 2015 after a five-year stint with AFL club Gold Coast Suns.
Hunt began his professional sporting career in the NRL with the Brisbane Broncos, where he spent six years and won the 2006 premiership.
Both Falloon and Dowling featured for the Titans in 2014, with the former being named the club’s player of the season.
