Viktor Fischer – Ajax
Nineteen-year-old Fischer is the best player to emerge from Denmark since, well, Christian Eriksen and looks set to follow his compatriot from Ajax to the Premier League in the near future. The left winger, 19, loves to beat his man and has been linked with a move to Chelsea. Fischer will have to improve his defensive contribution if he wants to impress Jose Mourinho, however.
