Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson has emerged as Aaron Rodgers’ top weapon over the last three years, but the offense will have to deal without him for the time being.
However, the Packers were able to catch a break with injuries when head coach Mike McCarthy said he does not expect Nelson to be out for a long time.
Here is a tweet from Packers beat writer Rob Demovsky confirming Nelson’s injury and status.
McCarthy said he does not think Jordy Nelson’s hamstring injury will keep him out long. Said he’s day to day.
