Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jared Abbrederis tore his ACL yesterday, and it has been confirmed that he will sit out the entire 2014 season.
Green Bay Packers rookie wide receiver Jared Abbrederis hurt his knee in practice yesterday. He had been performing well in training camp, but his latest setback came with some bad news.
The Packers had feared that the fifth-round pick may have torn his ACL, and their worst fears were confirmed.
Here are tweets that from Packers ESPN writer Rob Demovsky and Abbrederis himself. They each confirm that the former Wisconsin receiver will be out for the season with a torn ACL.
I know there has been a lot of talk going around about my injury. The acl injury was confirmed this morning and is only a small setback.
