A 2-0 start would be a dream beginning to 2015 for both sides as they aim to make 2014 a distant memory.
The Demons got off to a flyer with a win over top eight hopeful Gold Coast last Saturday, while the Giants got home in a nail-biter over St Kilda on Easter Sunday.
Greater Western Sydney will go into this one as the favourites, and with Jeremy Cameron in the forward line its difficult to back against them.
Melbourne will have a future star of their own in its forward 50, with Jesse Hogan hoping to build on his two-goal performance on his debut against the Suns.
It’s far from being the headline game of the round, but there’ll be plenty of future guns on show.
The Giants are favoured to win here, but don’t be surprised if the plucky Demons get the job done in Canberra.
