Cornerback Tramon Williams has been signed to a three-year, $21 million contract by the Cleveland Browns shortly after they signed defensive lineman Randy Starks.

Williams, who turned 32 years old on the same day of his signing, played with the Green Bay Packers in the first eight seasons of his career.
He helped lead the Packers to a Super Bowl victory in the 2010 season while coming up with a career-high six interceptions.
Williams has notched a total of 28 interceptions, but the Packers stayed true to their philosophy and moved on with youngsters Sam Shields and Casey Hayward.
NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport announced Williams’ new contract with the Browns on Twitter.
