1. Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon
The Ducks had a bye week, so Mariota is still the leading candidate for the Heisman Trophy. He has been nothing but accurate and smart with the ball, and he was able to bail Oregon out when they received a furious upset bid from Washington State by throwing for five touchdown passes.
Mariota has completed 74 percent of his passes and still has yet to throw an interception, and him leading arguably the best team in college football all but guarantees him a spot in New York.
