4. Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama
Alabama suffered their first loss of the season to Ole Miss, but this will not be too big of a blow to Cooper’s Heisman campaign since he put together a solid performance with nine receptions for 91 yards. However, he did not score a touchdown and this marks the worst game of his 2014 season.
This is a good sign though. If the Crimson Tide can recover and stay on the playoff radar, Cooper will all but guarantee himself an invitation to New York if he can continue posting big numbers.
Stats: 52 receptions, 746 receiving yards, 5 touchdowns
