Forwards
Staying: Olivier Giroud, Yaya Sanogo, Lukas Podolski.
Going: Nicklas Bendtner.
Coming in: Julian Draxler (Guardian).
This is said to have been a problem area for Wenger’s men all season and many fans are probably wondering what the campaign would have been like if they had signed Luis Suarez.
The manager is a supporter of Giroud when many other aren’t and as Ramsey has proven recently, often the boss spots things that others don’t.
Therefore the France international will be staying, as will youngster Sanogo and Podolski, whilst perennial underachiever Bendtner should finally be sold.
Although not considered a No.9 it’s thought that if the club finally land long-term target Draxler then they will look to convert him to a striker – in the same vein as Robin van Persie previously.
