Johnson is maturing with age and is comfortably one of the league’s best right-backs. He doesn’t need replacing, and is a guaranteed starter on the right of a back four when fit.

Andre Wisdom is enjoying a very promising loan spell with Derby, and could spend next season with Liverpool as backup to the Englishman.

Martin Kelly, who’s career has been totally hampered with injuries so far, could either be sent on loan or sold permanently.
