Brazilian ace has been a revelation since returning to Italy.
AC Milan star Kaka has scored his 100th goal for the club after giving the Rossoneri the lead in Monday’s clash with Atalanta at San Siro.
The 31-year-old returned to his former club last summer and has now scored four goals in 12 league games this season, putting him back in contention for a spot in the Brazilian World Cup squad.
After left-back Urby Emanuelson brought the ball forward on the counter attack following an Atalanta corner, the Dutchman passed the ball forward before Kaka finished neatly at an angle.
Despite the Rossoneri struggling this season, the former Real Madrid star has been in impressive form throughout the year and has benefited from an extended run in the side as well as steering clear of injuries.
Milan lead their rivals 1-0 at half-time, and after coach Massimiliano Allegri revealed last week that he would be leaving the club at the end of the season, he will be determined to begin 2014 on a positive note and end his time with Milan in the best possible way.
