Bendtner is living the life of the ultimate professional.
When Arsene Wenger took over as Arsenal manager in 1996 one of the first things the Frenchman did was stamp out the boozy culture at the club.
Players such as Tony Adams and Paul Merson were considered ‘old school’ and Wenger brought in nutritionists and clamped down on the party atmosphere.
Clearly Nicklas Bendtner didn’t listen though, as the striker celebrates his birthday with red wine and cigars in the afternoon, posting the below caption to social network Instagram:
“How I am spending my day with @juliezangenberg. Training finished, afternoon refreshments and a good finish with some great food in one of my favourite restaurants. Thanks for all your greetings and love. My biggest wish is that my charity richwithoutmoney foundation will sell even more tickets for the spring ball in March. Tickets can be bought thru elisa@elisalykke.dk Thank you so much”
