The New England Patriots have been visiting Richmond, Virginia in preparation for a inter-squad scrimmage with the Washington Redskins. One Arby’s restaurant in advance of the Patriots’ arrival, prepared a special parking spot for head coach Bill Belichik.

The joke references both his temporary promotion to head coach of the New York Jets before immediately resigning and joining the division rival New England Patriots and the binoculars likely reference the Spygate scandal from 2007 which resulted in a $500,000 fine for the organization and a $250,000 fine for Belichik.
