Holden injured knee in Gold Cup final against Panama.
USA and Bolton midfielder Stuart Holden has tweeted a picture of himself in hospital after undergoing surgery on a knee injury. Holden tore his right anterior cruciate ligament in the Gold Cup final against Panama, which the USA went on to win 1-0.

Holden then exchanged messages of support with Newcastle’s Ryan Taylor, who is undergoing treatment for a similar injury and is set to miss the whole of this season.
