Actors Sir Patrick Stewart and Sir Ian McKellen prepare for Super Bowl by donning Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos jerseys!
Actors Sir Patrick Stewart and Sir Ian McKellen are great friends, and have collaborated on screen in the X-Men franchise, and on stage in of Waiting For Godot.
Each also has a particular role they are notably famous for, with Stewart’s portrayal of Jean-Luc Picard in Star Trek: The Next Generation and McKellen’s Gandalf in the Lord Of The Rings trilogy each iconic in their own way.
The pair are now preparing to watch the Super Bowl, and judging by their attire in the below photo, Stewart favours the Seattle Seahawks and McKellen the Denver Broncos.
They are both from the UK though, and so naturally football – to them – means a soccer ball.
