The Champions League dream is over for another year for Chelsea as Atletico Madrid knocked them out in the semi-finals at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday.
Goals from Adrian Lopez, Diego Costa and Arda Turan ended the Blues’ hopes in a 1-3 defeat in west London, but David Luiz has some kind words for the victors.
The Brazilian congratulated Atletico for their triumph.
“I can lose a match,but I will never lose my character and my spirit! God knows everything! Congratulations Atletico Madrid!”
