Barcelona’s world-class Spanish midfielder Cesc Fabregas has been snapped in London today, with rumours continue to link him to both Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United.

Sky Sports claims that Fabregas is on his way back to the Premier League, and it could be that the 27-year-old Spaniard was in discussions with one of the clubs today regarding a possible transfer.
