This would have worried any Spurs fans who saw it!
An image of a fake tweet, supposedly from Gareth Bale’s account, has been circulating the internet today, and has naturally aggravated Tottenham fans.
It shows the Welsh wizard confirming his transfer from Tottenham to Real Madrid. In actual fact, the winger hasn’t tweeted since July 18.
The tweet appears to have been created on image manipulation software, and is written in suspicious ‘Spanglish’ grammar!
Nonetheless, it won’t do anything to calm Spurs’ fans who are already seething after it was proven Marca invented their Gareth Bale quotes last week.
Según algunos medios, personas y twiteros, este fue un tweet de Bale que luego, el mismo borró. ¿verdad o fake? pic.twitter.com/x63IfttJsq
