Wests Tigers hooker Robbie Farah has announced via his offcial Twitter account he is staying with the club, making him a one-club player for his NRL career.
Doubt about the $3.5 million deal was raised recently with Farah’s management team expressing their concerns about sponsorship money still owed to their client after he agreed to play out the rest of his career at Concord.
The original four-year deal was announced on March 21 and has only now just been signed after both parties agreed to terms, meaning Farah will stay at the club for the rest of his career.
It will be welcome news for the Tigers and their fans after a turbulent few weeks which has seen Benji Marshall jump ship to sign with the Auckland Blues in rugby union and coach Mick Potter’s future remaining in severe doubt.
