The Red Bull Racing man was bitten by a snake while announcing a new deal with the team.

Red Bull Racing driver Jamie Whincup has been bitten by a snake at the announcement of his new contract with the Holden team.
The six-time V8 Supercar champion was bitten on the hand by a python during the event at Taronga Zoo, with the black-headed python latching onto Whincup’s hand for three minutes, according to AAP.

Despite having a bloodied hand, Whincup was fine after being treated.
Not the ideal preparation for the first test weekend of the year…
