Milan unveil new stadium plans.
Serie A giants AC Milan have released images of their proposed new stadium as they look to leave neighbours Inter Milan behind at the San Siro.
Having ground shared with Inter for so long the club are hopeful of moving into a more suitable stadium, as they so often failed to fill the 80,000 capacity with an average attendance of just 40,061.

Built to a more appropriate 48,000 capacity, the stadium will be based in the Portello area of Milan.
The stadium should be ready for the beginning of the 2018/19 season and will also include a sports college, hotel, restaurants, children’s playground as well as green spaces reserved for senior citizens and artists.
