India cricket legend steps away from the game with class and a victory.
It was fitting that Sachin Tendulkar departed from International cricket as a winner, given that is all he has been for much of his storied 24-year career.
While the Indian side went about its business of crushing the West Indies for the second game in a row, winning in Mumbai by an innings and 126 runs, Tendulkar said goodbye to his legions of fans and supporters as only he could.

Social media also marked the historic occasions as former players, commentators and fans of the game took to Twitter to congratulate the man of the moment for all he has accomplished.
