Calvin Johnson misses practice
The Detroit Lions are on track to improve to 4-1 as they hold a 14-3 lead in the third quarter over the Buffalo Bills, but their fast start is coming with a price.
Wide receiver Calvin Johnson has been shaken up the past two weeks with an ankle injury despite playing through it, but his health is continuing to get worse as he left with a leg injury.
After his sole catch of the day, Johnson was hit on the lower leg and was in severe pain when he got up. The star receiver headed to the locker room on his own, and he will have his leg injury evaluated later on.
Here is a tweet from the Pro Football Talk Twitter account releasing the news on the Lions receiver’s latest injury.
