Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson suffered a concussion in a 27-13 win, and he has been considered day-to-day since.
As a result, the Texans receiver will not practice until he is cleared by the concussion protocol. By the sound of reports, the Texans will be forced to face the Indianapolis Colts without Johnson.
This would put DeVier Posey in line for more targets across from DeAndre Hopkins, who has emerged as the top receiving weapon in Houston.
The Texans will be eliminated from playoff contention if they lose to the Colts, so they will hope to get Johnson back as soon as possible.
Here is a tweet from Pro Football Talk updating on Johnson’s concussion.
