The Kansas City Chiefs are hoping to sneak into the playoffs despite very slim odds, and they will face the San Diego Chargers in their regular-season finale.
Once again, the Chargers are battling for a playoff spot too, and they will have the advantage of facing the Chiefs with backup quarterback Chase Daniel making the start.
Last season, the Chiefs locked up a playoff spot and rested starter Alex Smith as a result. Smith is sitting out this year due to a lacerated spleen.
The Chargers have a 9-6 record and control their own destiny for a playoff spot as they just need to win against the Chiefs, and they will likely take the No. 6 seed in the AFC.
