The San Francisco 49ers are leading the Seattle Seahawks, 7-3, at halftime in a tough road game.
However, they may have to play the second half without running back Frank Gore, who left the game with a head injury.
The 49ers running back is currently being evaluated, and he is questionable to return. For the time being, rookie Carlos Hyde will take the reins at running back against a tough Seahawks run defense.
Here is a tweet from the official SportsCenter Twitter account reporting on Gore’s latest injury.
