The Seattle Seahawks will be hosting the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship as they hope to return to the Super Bowl, which they can do by winning this game.
However, their offensive line will be missing a key piece as starting right tackle Justin Britt will sit out with a knee injury. However, it is not considered too serious as he is expected to play in the Super Bowl if the Seahawks make it there.
There will be a two-week period between the conference championship games and the Super Bowl, so Britt will have plenty of time to recover.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported on the Seahawks’ latest injury on Twitter.
#Seahawks starting RT Justin Britt is out today with a knee injury. I’m told he should be ok for the Super Bowl, though… if they get there
