Freddy Guarin has had his head turned by Chelsea, according to Inter Milan president Erick Thohir.

The Colombian midfielder has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge since before January, with the Blues understood to have had at least one bid rebuffed by the Nerazzurri.
With Chelsea set to re-sign Nemanja Matic this week, their move for Guarin looks dead in the water but Thohir fears Inter have been left with a player who wants to leave the San Siro.
“Guarin is a great player, I like him a lot. We would obviously love to keep him, but the situation in Europe is not like in Indonesia,” Thohir said.
“When there are great offers from big clubs, we have to take them into account. And above all, we can’t make a player stay when his heart is not in it, but at another club.”
