Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli experienced a disastrous 2014-15 campaign at Anfield, and he has found himself on the unwanted list.
According to Forza Italian Football, Balotelli will not be returning to Serie A club Inter Milan, as they have turned down the opportunity to sign him.
The 24-year-old former Manchester City striker previously spent two seasons with Inter, where he experienced much more success.
Balotelli scored 26 goals in 43 appearances for the Italian club. However, he failed to make an impact in his Premier League spell and has become unhappy in England.
This may have contributed to him scoring only one goal for the Reds in 16 appearances last season.
It remains to be seen who will be willing to negotiate with Liverpool for the Italian international, but they are reportedly open to letting Balotelli go on a loan deal though.
However, the Reds are asking that his potential suitors pay his full salary, which is worth just over £4m.
