Used to be one of the best opening batsmen – if not the best – in the game and whilst the 35-year-old may have lost some of that controlled aggression with age, talent doesn’t fade.

Sehwag was another of the Delhi stars to be axed despite having been with the franchise since the IPL started in 2008 and could be someone for a team to take a gamble on.
