Captain – MS Dhoni

As outlined before, Dhoni is the heart of the team, not just for his runs with the bat, but for his leadership in the field with his decision making to be crucial if the Super Kings are to win the title again.

Luckily for the side he has been in several high pressure situations before,and much of the time makes the right call, although he will be tested again in the 2014 IPL season.
