Best all-rounder
Delhi have three natural all-rounders in the squad with the standout being Laxmi Ratan Shukla, a figure not well known outside of India but still a useful asset.
The 32-year-old has plenty of experience in the IPL with Kolkata Knight Riders and is a big hitting middle-order batsman and useful seam bowler.
Although Shukla is unlikely to catch the eye as much as Pietersen, the Indian is a great asset to have in the shortest form of the game.
